No, and your customers do not need one. There is nothing to install, so booking takes fewer steps. They book on your booking page, which opens on any phone or computer like a normal website. The page has its own web address with your studio’s name in it, and you can also show it on your own website.

Yes. In your settings you copy a short piece of code and paste it into your website, or send it to the person who made your website. Your class schedule then shows on your site, and customers choose their class there. You can show your class packs and memberships the same way. Yes. Your studio, your classes, your prices and your booking page are all free to build, and nothing you build is public until you say so. The bill starts when you go live and take your first booking.

You can build your studio, your classes and your prices without it. To go live, you connect your own Stripe account, and your customers pay into it. You need it even if your customers only pay in cash. A Stripe account is free to open.

No. You pay by the month, and you can cancel in the app at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. Your plan ends at the end of the month you paid for. You can choose to pay yearly for a lower price, and then your plan ends at the end of that year.

No. You pay the price of your plan. The number of customers you have does not change it, and neither do their bookings or the classes on your timetable. You pay more only when you add instructors, buy SMS or add features.

Into your own Stripe account, through Stripe Connect. TimiTomi never holds your money, and Stripe pays out directly into your bank account.

Nobody has to make one. Booking asks for their details and a payment, nothing else, and TimiTomi makes the account behind it. They sign in to it with a one-time password, so there is no password to remember.
