Boxing

Software for a boxing club where people pay at the door

A boxing club takes money in the room. Somebody walks in on a Tuesday, trains, and pays at the desk on the way out. TimiTomi takes that payment on the phone already in your hand and files it beside the ones taken online.

A boxer mid-punch, with a membership renewing beside him, the credits left on it, and a failed card collected on the second attempt.

Paid at the desk, in the same place as online

A payment taken in the room usually lands somewhere else: a different app, a different account, a different total at the end of the month. Both go into the same order list, on the same day.

  • Tap to Pay on your phone. The card is held against it. Nothing to buy first.

  • Or a card reader. If you would rather have a machine on the desk.

  • One list for both. Desk payments and online payments, together.

The walk-in who brought a friend

Nobody who walks in has an account, and the class starts in four minutes. What you need is to get two people onto the list and take the money.

  • Add somebody to a class yourself. A few taps, from the class that is running.

  • Several spots at once. For a friend, a partner, or the pair who came together.

  • The list is saved. Who trained, on which day, in which class.

The ones who come three times a week

A club runs on the people who stop paying per class. They want to come whenever they can, and they do not want to think about it again.

  • A plan with no class limit. Or one with a number on it, if you prefer.

  • It renews on its own. The same card, the same day each month.

  • A failed card is tried again. They are told, and can fix it themselves.

Pick a plan, and that is what you pay

What you pay depends on how many instructors teach at your studio, and on nothing else. It does not change when you sell more.

What the desk also needs

  • Refunds without leaving the app

Give back all of it or some of it without leaving the app, and see what was paid and what failed.

  • Your rules, accepted before the first class

Nobody trains before agreeing to them, and the version they agreed to is kept with the date.

  • Coaches see their own classes

You invite by email and pick what they can open. A coach gets their own week and their own pay, and no more.

  • A record for every member

One member on one page: how to reach them, your notes, what they paid for, and every class they trained in.

  • A code for a quiet week

A set amount off, or a percentage, in a code you can email to your members.

  • A class that stays off your page

Set one up for a company or a closed group, add the people yourself, and send each one a payment link.

Ready when you are

Questions from boxing clubs

No. It knows who booked, who trained and what they paid. Anything a coach keeps about a boxer, their weight, their record, what to work on next, lives in the notes on that customer or somewhere else entirely. If a grading record is what you are shopping for, this is not it.
