TimiTomi is built for one-location boutique studios that run recurring group classes, with one to fifteen instructors. Reformer pilates, yoga, barre, strength, HIIT, spin, boxing, martial arts, dance, Hyrox and stretching studios all fit, and so do tennis and padel clubs coaching in groups.

Yes. Your studio, your classes, your prices and your booking page are all free to build, and nothing you build is public until you say so. The bill starts when you go live and take your first booking.

No. You pay by the month and you can stop whenever you want. There is no year-long contract and no notice period.

Nothing from us. TimiTomi takes 0% of what you sell, with no platform fee and no per-booking charge. The one other cost is Stripe’s own fee on each online payment, which you pay straight to Stripe.

No. What you pay is set by how many instructors teach at your studio, and nothing else changes it: not how many customers you have, not how many bookings they make, not how many classes are on your timetable. Adding an instructor or sending SMS is the only thing that costs more.

Three plans, priced by how many instructors teach at your studio. Solo is €49 a month for one instructor, Studio is €249 for fifteen, and Scale is €499 for twenty-five. Every plan includes the booking page, class packs, memberships, scheduling and all customer emails.

No. You pay a flat monthly price, and TimiTomi takes 0% of what you charge your customers. The only other cost is Stripe’s own payment fee, which you pay straight to Stripe.

No. Stripe charges its own fee on each payment, online or at the desk, and that goes to Stripe. TimiTomi adds nothing on top of it: no platform fee, no percentage of the sale, no per-booking charge. Your monthly plan price is the whole of what you pay us.

No. The price is set by how many instructors teach at your studio. However many customers, classes and bookings you have, and however many emails they receive, you pay the same. Only two things cost extra: an instructor above the number your plan includes, at €15 a month, and SMS.

Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free: Solo is €490 a year instead of €588, Studio is €2,490 instead of €2,988, and Scale is €4,990 instead of €5,988.

On Studio and Scale, an extra instructor costs €15 a month. Studio takes up to five extra, and Scale takes up to ten. Solo covers one instructor, so a second instructor means moving to Studio.

Yes. Your customers pay into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. TimiTomi never holds your money, and Stripe pays out directly into your bank account.

Studio includes 500 SMS a month and Scale includes 1,200. Solo has no SMS included, and adds 200 a month for €20. Need more? 200 extra SMS cost €20 on any plan, and they stay until you use them. When the allowance is gone, SMS pauses and email keeps working, so no bill arrives that you did not choose.

Yes, inside the notice period you set. You choose how much notice a cancellation and a move each need, and the booking page enforces it. Past that point the customer has to ask you.

Yes. Prices, class length, instructor names and the spots left each have their own switch, and each one applies across the whole booking page.

No. Customers can book instantly without creating a password or a lengthy sign-up. They enter their details, complete payment, and receive their confirmation. We make the account for them, so you can manage their details and write to them anytime, and they sign in with a one-time password.

Real-time availability prevents double-booking. If the last spot is claimed by another customer while payment is processing, we cancel the attempt automatically, refund the card in full at once, and notify the customer by email.

In money. Provided the cancellation is outside your studio’s cancellation window, the booking is refunded directly to the original payment card. Cancellations for class packs or memberships return credits instead.

Yes. You choose an expiry from a day to a year, and it starts at the purchase rather than at the first class. You can extend it later for somebody who was ill, or leave expiry off, so the credits never expire.

No. Each pack keeps its own balance and its own expiry, and a booking spends the older pack first. One pack expiring does not quietly take credits somebody bought last week.

The credit returns to the pack it came from, and a pack that was empty becomes usable again. The one exception is a pack that has already expired. There is nothing to return the credit to.

Yes. Members can schedule a pause or start one immediately from their dashboard, and resume whenever they are ready. It saves you admin time and keeps a clear record of the account.

Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle, so billing stays predictable and no refunds are needed.

It is completely up to you. You can set each membership to roll over unused credits into the next cycle, or reset balances at the end of every month. Unlimited plans do not use credit counts.

You connect Stripe when you go live, and the desk uses that same account. A card at the desk goes through a Stripe reader or Tap to Pay on your phone. Cash or a bank transfer takes no card at all: mark the order paid, and the booking is made.

From the Readers page of your own Stripe dashboard, at Stripe’s price. It is Stripe’s hardware and Stripe’s warranty. TimiTomi does not sell readers and adds nothing to the price.

Yes, if it is a Stripe reader registered to your Stripe account. A machine from your bank or another provider takes the money outside TimiTomi, so mark that order as paid in person instead.

Yes. You change the time, the capacity or the instructor for a single date, and the weekly pattern stays exactly as it was. Only that one date changes.

TimiTomi cancels the bookings inside the range and tells the customers. You only choose what closes, the studio, one instructor or one class, and for which dates.

Yes. Assign a substitute to a single class, and we tell the customers booked into it. The pay for that class goes to the substitute, and the class carries a note saying the instructor changed.

Three ways, set per instructor: a flat monthly fee, a rate for each class taught, or a rate for each attendee. You also choose whether they are paid on the classes attended or the classes scheduled, and whether their days off are paid.

No. TimiTomi calculates what each instructor is owed and keeps the record behind the number. You still pay them yourself, by bank transfer. TimiTomi keeps their bank details, so you do not ask for them every month.

The new rate carries a start date and applies from there. Classes already taught keep the rate they were taught on, because each class stores a frozen record of the rate, the attendee count and the amount. If one class was recorded wrong, you correct that class by hand, without touching the rate.

Yes, every one of them. You rewrite the subject, the preview line and the body in a visual editor, with the finished email beside you as you type. Nothing is locked.

Six: an upcoming class, low credits, unused credits, a first purchase, a top-up, and a weekly summary for instructors. You set how many hours before the class its reminder sends, and the credit level that counts as low.
