Software for a yoga studio selling packs and plans together

Most yoga studios sell the same class three ways: a drop-in for a visitor, a pack of credits for a regular, and a monthly plan for the people who come every week. TimiTomi runs all three on one timetable and decides which one each booking should use.

Three ways to pay for one class

A drop-in, a pack and a monthly plan are three products selling the same spot. A studio should not have to pick one of them.

  • A drop-in needs no account. Name, email and a card.

  • A pack of credits. You set how many, and how long they last.

  • A monthly plan. A number of classes each cycle, or no limit at all.

When one customer holds two

Regulars end up holding a plan and a pack at the same time. Working out which one a booking should spend is what studios do by hand. TimiTomi spends them in a fixed order, on every booking.

  • The plan is spent first. Then the pack, then any top-up.

  • Extra classes in a busy month. At a price you set for members.

  • Credits reset or roll over. You choose which at each renewal.

The month somebody stops

People travel, get injured, or have a quiet month. A plan that can only be cancelled turns a pause into a lost member.

  • Pause instead of cancel. Billing stops, and paid days stay.

  • They do it themselves. From their own page, without writing to you.

  • A failed card is retried. With a notice they can act on.

Pick a plan, and that is what you pay

What you pay depends on how many instructors teach at your studio, and on nothing else. It does not change when you sell more.

The rest of the studio

  • A class kept off your page

A private class never shows publicly. Add the people yourself and send each one a payment link.

  • A code for a quiet month

Take a percentage off, or a set sum, and send the code to the people who have stopped coming.

  • Your page, your colors

Set the logo, the colors, the description and the social links, and switch off any part of the page you would rather not show.

  • Where your bookings come from

Connect Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Tracking runs through checkout, so a booking counts for the ad it came from.

  • Every customer in one list

One page per customer: how to reach them, your notes, what they have bought, and the credits they are holding.

  • Classes in their own calendar

Teachers connect Google or Outlook. Customers get a calendar file with the booking.

Questions from yoga studios

Yes. Leave the class limit off and the plan books as many classes as the member wants. You can also give a plan a set number of classes each cycle, and choose whether those reset or roll over at renewal. Billing can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly.
