Emails for every booking and payment

When a customer books, cancels, pays or renews, TimiTomi sends an email right away. You do not need to do anything.

  • Booking emails. For new bookings, schedule changes, cancellations and spots from the waiting list.

  • Receipts and renewals. A receipt for every payment, and an email for each membership renewal.

  • No lost messages. If sending fails, TimiTomi tries again.

Customers do not always read an email. They see a text right away. For urgent changes, like a cancelled class or a substitute instructor, TimiTomi sends a text.

  • Choose which ones you send. Each message has its own switch.

  • Included in Studio and Scale. On Starter, you can add texts to your plan.

Questions about email and SMS

You choose which of them send and when. The emails themselves are written for you and carry your studio name and your logo, so the wording is not yours to rewrite. Where the words matter most, the text message, they are: you write the reminder your customers get before a class, and the nudge that asks them to book their week.
