Email and SMS

Automated messages, completely in your voice

TimiTomi handles your customer messages automatically, from booking confirmations and receipts to class reminders, while giving you 100% control to customize every word.

A customer checking their phone, with the messages their studio sent around them: a booking confirmed by email, and a class reminder arriving as a text two hours before the class.

Instant notifications for every customer action

Whether a customer books, cancels, pays, or renews, automated email notifications fire instantly, with no manual work required.

  • Complete booking updates. Immediate written confirmation for new bookings, schedule changes, or cancellations.

  • Automated receipts and renewals. Instant payment receipts for every payment, and timely notifications for membership renewals.

  • Reliable retry logic. Automatic delivery retries ensure notifications never fail or get lost in transit.

Automatic reminders that keep your classes full

Reduce no-shows and bring customers back without sending anything by hand. TimiTomi writes to the ones whose credits are low, the ones who have not bought yet, and the ones who have not booked their week.

  • Customizable triggers. Choose exactly when reminders fire, based on class start times or low credit balances.

  • Audience preview. See exactly how many customers will receive each reminder before it sends.

  • Incentivized re-booking. Attach discount codes to reminders to give customers an extra reason to book their next class.

SMS alerts for time-sensitive updates

Emails can sit unread, but SMS gets seen instantly. For urgent updates like last-minute class cancellations or substitute changes, TimiTomi sends a text using the same template.

  • Write once, send by email or SMS. A single template sends by email, SMS, or both at once.

  • Per-message toggle controls. Decide which messages warrant an instant text and which stay email only.

  • Included in Studio and Scale plans. SMS is built into the higher plans, with add-on texts available on Solo.

Messaging by plan

Communication features across plans

  • Emails on every plan

Solo sends the booking and payment emails: confirmations, reminders, receipts and renewals. Studio and Scale add the nudges and the instructor emails. Every email you send is yours to edit, on every plan.

  • Built-in SMS messaging

Studio includes 500 texts a month, and Scale includes 1,200. Solo has no SMS included, and adds 200 texts a month for 20 euros.

  • SMS that stay until you use them

Need more than your plan includes? 200 extra SMS cost 20 euros, on any plan including Solo, and they stay until you use them.

Pick a plan, and that is what you pay

What you pay depends on how many instructors teach at your studio, and on nothing else. It does not change when you sell more.
