Stretching

Software for a stretching studio people find when their back hurts

A stretching studio has regulars, and it has people who come once because something hurts. The second group will not make an account to try one class, and half of them would rather telephone than book. TimiTomi sells the single class without an account, and lets you book somebody in yourself.

One class, one price, no account

Somebody trying a class for the first time is one form away from leaving. An account, a password and a confirmation email are three. A card and an email address, and they are booked.

  • A drop-in needs no account. They pick the class and pay for it.

  • Paid by card at checkout. Through Stripe, which takes its own processing fee.

  • They can cancel inside your window. Without writing to you first.

The people who would rather telephone

A studio whose customers are older, or in pain, or both, takes bookings by phone whether or not the software expects it. What matters is that the phone booking lands in the same place as the rest.

  • You book them in yourself. Into any class, in a few taps.

  • It lands on their own page. With everything else they have booked.

  • They still get the confirmation. The same message as anybody who booked online.

Who is coming this morning

Small classes are read one at a time. Before a class starts you want the list, the names on it, and a way to add the person standing in front of you.

  • The day, class by class. With a mark on the one running now.

  • The attendee list is saved. For every class, week after week.

  • A teacher sees their own week. Their classes, their lists, their pay.

Pick a plan, and that is what you pay

What you pay depends on how many instructors teach at your studio, and on nothing else. It does not change when you sell more.

Questions from stretching studios

No. There is a notes field on each customer and nothing built for health information: no structured record, no consent flow written for it, no separate place to keep it. Think carefully about what goes in a note, because it is an ordinary field on an ordinary customer page.
