How much does TimiTomi cost?

Accepted Answer

Three plans, priced by how many instructors they include and what they can do. Starter is €49 a month with five instructors, Studio is €249 with fifteen, and Scale is €499 with thirty. Every plan includes the booking page, class packs, memberships, the class schedule, the instructor portal and the booking and payment emails. On Starter you can buy some features as add-ons, and Studio and Scale include every add-on.

Does TimiTomi take a percentage of my revenue?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay a flat monthly price, and TimiTomi takes 0% of what you charge your customers. The only other cost is Stripe’s own payment fee, which you pay straight to Stripe.

Question 3

Do you add a fee on top of the Stripe fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Stripe charges its own fee on each payment, online or at the desk, and that goes to Stripe. TimiTomi adds nothing on top of it: no platform fee, no percentage of the sale, no per-booking charge.

Question 4

Does the price change as my studio grows?

Accepted Answer

No. Your plan sets the price. No matter how many customers, classes and bookings you have, and no matter how many emails they receive, you pay the same. You pay more only for SMS, for instructors above the number your plan includes, and on Starter, for the add-ons you choose. An extra instructor costs €15 a month on every plan.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free: Starter is €490 a year instead of €588, Studio is €2,490 instead of €2,988, and Scale is €4,990 instead of €5,988.

What happens if I have more instructors than my plan includes?

Accepted Answer

Each extra instructor costs €15 a month, on every plan, and there is no limit to how many you add. If you teach your own classes, you are one of the instructors your plan includes.

Question 7

Can I add features to Starter later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On Starter you add a feature when you need it, and you can remove it again at any time. Each add-on has its own price: Waitlists & substitutes €15 a month, Marketing automation €29 a month, Private classes €15 a month and Custom domain €20 once. Reminders by SMS also need the SMS add-on, 200 SMS for €20 a month. Monthly add-ons have no yearly discount: on a yearly plan, they are billed with your plan. Studio and Scale include every add-on.

Can I use my own Stripe account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your customers pay into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. TimiTomi never holds your money, and Stripe pays out directly into your bank account.

Question 9

How many SMS are included?

Accepted Answer

Studio includes 500 SMS a month and Scale includes 1,200. Starter has no SMS included, and adds 200 a month for €20. Need more? 200 extra SMS cost €20 on any plan, and they stay until you use them. When the allowance is gone, SMS pauses and email keeps working, so no bill arrives that you did not choose.

What kind of studio is TimiTomi for?

Boutique studios that run group classes on a repeating timetable, with one to thirty instructors, in one location or in several on the Scale plan. Reformer pilates, yoga, barre, strength, HIIT, spin, boxing, martial arts, dance, Hyrox and stretching studios all fit, and so do tennis and padel clubs coaching in groups.

Do customers need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No. A customer books with their details and a payment, and TimiTomi makes the account for them. There is no password to choose. To see or change a booking they sign in with a one-time password, and they get a dashboard with their bookings, credits and orders.

Question 12

Which payment methods can my customers use?

Accepted Answer

Online, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the local methods Stripe supports in your country, including Multibanco, MB WAY, iDEAL and Bancontact. At the desk, a card on a Stripe reader or on your phone, or cash you mark as paid.
