Do gift cards expire?

You choose. A card can last a number of months from the day it is sent, or have no end date. TimiTomi reminds the person before it ends. If your country asks for a longer time, TimiTomi tells you when you set up the card.

Can I change a gift card after it is sold?

Yes. You can send the email again, change the email address, give the card more time or change its balance. You can also refund the sale while nobody has used the card.

What happens when a class paid with a gift card is cancelled?

When the cancellation is refunded, the refund goes back the way it was paid. The gift card part returns to the gift card, and the rest returns to whatever the customer paid with. Credits from a classes card return to the customer’s account.

A gift card holds classes or money. You choose what it pays for.

A number of classes. The person who gets it books with the credits.
An amount of money. It pays for classes, class packs or a membership.
You choose what it pays for. Only the classes, packs and memberships you pick.

Sent on the day they choose

Customers buy gift cards on your booking page or on your own website. They choose who gets the card and when.

Now or on a date. TimiTomi sends it right away, or at 9:00 on the day they choose, for example a birthday.
A personal message. The email shows the card, the message and the code.
Or give it in person. The buyer can send the card to themselves.

From the email to a booking

The person who gets the card opens it from the email and uses it on your booking page.

Classes become credits. They press Redeem and book with the credits.
Money pays at checkout. The card pays the whole price, or part of it.
A reminder before it ends. TimiTomi emails them before the end date.
