Does Mindbody take a fee for customers from the Mindbody app?

Yes, once per new customer. When the Mindbody app brings you someone new, Mindbody takes 20% of their first purchase, up to 30 in your currency. Bookings after that are free of the fee, existing customers who book through the app cost nothing, and you can leave the program in your settings.

Can I cancel Mindbody at any time?

Not in the first 90 days. Mindbody’s Terms of Service set a first term of 90 days, then renew it every 30 days, and you have to give 30 days’ notice before the end of a term. An order form can set a longer fixed term, so check yours. TimiTomi has no contract: you cancel in the app, with no notice and no fee.

Can I take my customers’ saved cards with me when I leave Mindbody?

Only through a paid subscriber data export, which Mindbody offers to studios that are cancelling. You request it within 25 days of cancelling, the new payment processor has to give Mindbody an encryption key, and the price is given to you when you cancel. On TimiTomi, saved cards are in your own Stripe account, so they stay with you if you ever leave.

Mindbody publishes one price: Starter, from $79 a month per location in North America, €99 in Europe before VAT and £89 in the UK. Accelerate and Ultimate are priced on a sales call, and texts, marketing and the branded app sit on those plans or cost extra.
