Drop-in classes

Make it effortless for new customers to try a class

Booking your first class should not start with a password. Our checkout is designed for a fast drop-in, with no account to make.

A customer’s own page, showing the credits left on their membership and the classes they have booked.
An intro pack on the booking page, showing its price, how long it lasts and the classes it can be spent on.

No account before the first class

The price is set on the class. Somebody books, pays and gets their confirmation without ever seeing a login screen. You still get the customer record.

  • No sign-up, no password. We create the account for them after they pay.

  • Name, email and phone. A shorter form loses fewer sales.

  • A free class needs no card. Set the price to zero, and the booking is made.

A paid class booking, with the account creation, email reminder and SMS reminder that run after it.

Zero double bookings. Guaranteed.

Two people can reach the last spot at the same moment. The spot is counted after the payment, so a class never takes more people than it holds.

  • Automatic instant refunds. A payment that lands after the spot is gone is refunded at once.

  • Instant email updates. They know before they travel, not at the door.

  • Protected class closures. New bookings stop at once, and everybody booked in is told.

A class with its date, time and price, and under it the message telling somebody the spots have gone and asking whether they want to book another class.

Set your cancellation policy, we will handle the rest

Protect your revenue and stay fair to your customers. Set simple booking windows, and the refunds follow them on their own.

  • Automatic early refunds. A customer who cancels before your deadline is paid back at once.

  • Late cancels, the money stays yours. You can still refund it by hand if you want to.

  • Your own rule for a class. One rule for the studio, or a different one per class or instructor.

The three booking windows as switches: how far ahead a class can be booked, the latest somebody can book, and the latest they can change or cancel.

Flexible drop-ins

Built for real studio situations

  • Bookings for more than one

Somebody bringing a friend books and pays for both spots in one checkout. It stays one booking and one payment, and every spot on it is counted against the class.

  • Payment at the desk

A first class is often sold at the desk rather than online. Take the card on a reader, or mark the order paid in cash, and the booking lands on the same class and the same spot count.

  • Spots counted as they go

A full class shows as full rather than taking money for a spot it does not have. When somebody cancels, the spot reopens and goes to whoever books it first. There is no waiting list yet.

Pick a plan, and that is what you pay

What you pay depends on how many instructors teach at your studio, and on nothing else. It does not change when you sell more.

Questions about drop-ins

No. Customers can book instantly without creating a password or a lengthy sign-up. They enter their details, complete payment, and receive their confirmation. We make the account for them, so you can manage their details and write to them anytime, and they sign in with a one-time password.
