What happens to the credit while they wait?

TimiTomi holds the credit, so they cannot use it for another class. If they get the spot, the credit pays for it. TimiTomi returns the credit if they leave the list, if the list closes, or if you cancel the class.

What if nobody takes the spot?

Then anyone can book it. The list closes before the class starts, and TimiTomi returns the held credits.

Which plans include the waiting list?

Every plan includes it: Starter, Studio and Scale. You add a waiting list only to the classes you choose, for example the ones that get full.

A cancelled spot does not have to stay empty

Customers can join a waiting list when a class is full. When someone cancels, TimiTomi gives the spot to a customer on the list. That customer has already paid.

When someone cancels in the evening

Nobody sees the cancellation until the morning. The spot stays empty.

The people waiting have already paid

A waiting list helps only if people on it come to class.

TimiTomi holds one credit. It comes from their pack or membership.
They do not lose the credit. If they get no spot, they can use it again the same day.
Customers need a credit to join. Someone who buys a single class cannot join.
