Does TimiTomi charge extra for email and SMS?

Every plan includes the booking and payment emails, and on every plan you set when each reminder sends and whether it sends at all. Studio and Scale include SMS and the automatic reminders to book and buy. On the Starter plan, you can add SMS for €20 a month, and the automatic reminders with the Marketing automation add-on for €29 a month.

Does TimiTomi take a percentage of what I sell?

No. You pay the monthly plan price and nothing else to us. Customers pay into your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own fee on each payment, which goes straight to Stripe. We add nothing on top of it.
