Your rules for every class pack

Create intro offers, special packs or normal class packs. Each pack has the rules you choose.

  • Any number of credits. You set a price, or make it free.

  • Choose the classes. Customers can use the pack only for those classes.

  • Choose who can buy. Only new customers, or one pack per customer.

Clear and correct credits

TimiTomi counts the credits. You and your customers always see the correct number.

  • More than one pack. Each pack has its own credits and end date.

  • A customer cancels in time. TimiTomi returns the credit to the pack.

  • More time in one click. Make a pack last longer when a customer needs it.

Top-ups when credits are low

Customers who come often can buy extra credits right away. They can still book a class every week.

  • A few extra classes. Customers buy only what they need, not a new pack.

  • You choose when. Show top-ups always, or only when no credits are left.

  • Pack credits are used first. Top-up credits are used after them.

Questions about class packs

Yes. You choose an expiry from a day to a year, and it starts at the purchase rather than at the first class. You can extend it later for somebody who was ill, or leave expiry off, so the credits never expire.
