Create your own membership plans

You decide how each plan works.

  • Unlimited or a fixed number. Offer unlimited classes, or a fixed number of class credits each billing period.

  • How often members pay. Choose weekly, every two weeks, monthly, every three months or yearly.

  • What happens to unused credits. At the end of each period, they stay, reset or expire. You choose.

The three choices a membership is built from, with an answer picked for each: unlimited credits, credits that expire, and a plan all visitors can buy rather than only new or only returning customers.

Members manage their own plan

Members pause, restart or change their membership. They do not need to email you.

  • No payments during a pause. Billing stops when they press pause.

  • They keep their paid days. TimiTomi saves the unused days until they restart.

  • Cancelled by mistake. They undo it with one click before the plan ends.

Plan changes and failed payments

Upgrades start immediately. Downgrades start at the next renewal.

  • Fair, automatic price math. An upgrade costs only the price difference for the days left.

  • TimiTomi tries failed cards again. If a card fails again, the member gets a payment link by email.

  • An email before the charge. Members get it before each renewal or price change.

Top-ups for busy months

A member who needs more classes this month buys extra credits. Their plan stays the same.

  • Extra credits in one tap. A member buys a few more classes, not a new plan.

  • Your price for members. Choose any price you want, lower or higher.

  • Plan credits first. Bookings use plan credits before top-up credits.

A pack with no credits left that expires in 34 days. Under it, a top-up of 4 extra credits shows as bought.
