One pack for the whole term

A term can be ten weeks of classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. That is twenty classes, and students pay once.

  • Only for the classes you pick. Not for every class on your timetable.

  • Ends when the term ends. You choose how many days the pack lasts.

  • One credit for each class. Twenty classes use twenty credits.

Students can book weeks ahead

Students want to book every class of the term at the start. So they must be able to book many weeks ahead.

  • You choose how far ahead students can book. Two weeks, or the whole term.

  • Plan your week of classes once. It repeats every week until you change it.

  • Close your holiday dates. Students cannot book classes on those days.

Classes for one grade only

Your club groups students by grade. Some classes are only for one grade.

  • Hide a class from your booking page. Then add the students in that grade yourself.

  • One booking can have several spots. A parent can book two children together.

  • See who came to every class. For past classes too.
